Starting from

$20K

per facility, per year

  • All five pillars, and the platform beneath
  • Universal Criticality · RBI · reliability
  • Copilot, failure prediction and AI planner
  • Permits, JSA and process safety
  • Deck devices that work offline
  • Connectors to your CMMS and historian

Incumbent per-site licences

$150K–$500K+ per site — and that’s before the years-long integration project.

A 24-vessel fleet on NoteOpX

Costs less than one block of enterprise seats from the big vendors.

Compare it to the AI add-on

The big vendors’ AI copilot add-ons often cost more than our whole subscription — just to ask questions.

Figures for other vendors are indicative list-price ranges from our September 2026 competitive review.

Why per facility

You pay for the facility. Not the headcount.

Per-seat pricing makes you pay extra for inviting the right people. The contractor who needs one shift. The auditor who needs the trail next quarter. The onshore engineer checking a permit on Wednesday. With NoteOpX, every one of them logs in without becoming a budget line.

Common questions

Pricing, the honest version.

What sets the price?

The size of the facility and the modules you use. A single FPSO running everything is priced differently from an onshore plant adding our intelligence layer to the CMMS it already has.

Do we pay per user?

No. Your crew, contractors, auditors and executives all log in without adding to the bill. You pay per facility.

Do we have to replace Maximo or SAP?

No. We can connect to the work-order system and historian you already have, and add criticality, RBI, failure prediction and the twin on top.

How long until we are live?

Ninety days. We connect and load your data, build your integrity baseline, then go fully live — ending with the first job closed from sensor to books.

Is there a large implementation fee?

It’s a subscription, not a systems-integration project. We scope your onboarding after a 30-minute walk through your equipment register.
