01 · Machine · Machine Intelligence Module
Reliability, sustained.
Every machine on one register, maintained the way its risk calls for: on a calendar, on its condition, ahead of a predicted failure, or with the fix that lasts longest. A job with hazardous energy can’t start until the permit is signed — nobody has to remember.
20 modules · → Reliability
ISO 14224
One way to name every asset and failure
Digital Twin · RUL
A live model that says how long is left
FMEA / RBI
Risk that updates as the asset changes
Condition monitoring
Vibration, heat, ultrasound and oil
Corrosion · CML
Wall thinning that re-dates inspections
Subsea integrity
14 subsections, risers to umbilicals
Calibration
Knows when each instrument is due
RCA · 5-Why
Finds why it failed, not just what
Built for marine
Subsea registry
Risers, flowlines and Christmas trees, with each tree’s A/B/C/D annulus pressure history in one place — not in a spreadsheet.
Class surveys
Survey dates, credits and conditions of class, kept on the same records your crew closes work orders on.
Port State Control readiness
See what an inspector is likely to find before the PSC visit, and walk in knowing where you stand.
Linked P&IDs
Click a tag on the P&ID and land on that piece of equipment, with its full history.
02 · Manpower · Workforce Intelligence Module
Competence, attested.
It knows who is qualified, who is rested and who has already signed. A permit needs five signatures from five different roles — each one biometric, tied to a device and a place, on a record where any tampering shows.
19 modules · → Competence
Certification gates
No ticket, no job — checked at planning
Fitness to work
Warns before a medical runs out
MCI scoring
Spots the people you can’t do without
LMS · training
Courses, certificates and skill gaps
Experience Bank
Keeps what veterans know before they go
Timesheets
Hours booked to the job as they happen
HR suite
Payroll, recruitment, appraisal, benefits
03 · Materials · Supply Chain Intelligence Module
The right part. On time.
Substitute parts are only offered if they meet the engineering spec. When the right part isn’t on your shelf, the peer-to-peer marketplace finds it on someone else’s — and customs paperwork like Form M, PAAR and SONCAP is built in, not bolted on.
7 modules · → Availability
Stockroom · BoM
Every store, every batch traced
RFQ → PO → GRN
Order, delivery and invoice must agree
MatCI
Ranks the spares you can’t run out of
Obsolescence
Warns before a part is discontinued
Vendor scorecards
On time, in full, quality and price
Marketplace
Buy new, or trade spares with peers
Hazardous materials
Knows what can’t be stored together
Logistics
Knows Apapa; handles several currencies
04 · Money · Financial Intelligence Module
Cost where decisions live.
When the job closes, its cost closes with it. Repair-or-replace is worked out from the digital twin, not a guess. Tell it the budget is tight, mid or fat, and the inspection and maintenance plans adjust to match.
8 modules · → Viability
Budget modes
Tight / mid / fat
Work-order P&L
Cost of each job, and downtime avoided
TCO

05 · HSE · Safety as a system
Safety, as architecture.
Raise a hot- or cold-work permit straight from the job. The isolation is checked in the record, and if two jobs on deck would clash (SIMOPS), you know before either starts. HAZOP, MOC, PSM audits and bow-ties sit on the same record as the equipment they protect.
6 modules · → Safety

Isolations checked, clashing jobs caught

Universal Criticality
One risk ranking. Machines, crew and parts.
Equipment (CI), people (MCI) and spares (MatCI) each get one band on the same five-band scale. The weights differ; the logic doesn’t. That one band sets the rest: how often you inspect (RBI), which spares you stock, who goes first and what syncs first when the link returns.
A
Critical

B
High
3.0 – 4.0
C
Standard
2.0 – 3.0
D

Seawater Lift Pump P-4501A
One of a pair feeding fire-water and cooling. Lose the backup pump and its risk jumps — and so does the watch kept on it.
| Factor | Weight | Score 1–5 |
|---|---|---|
| Safety · feeds the fire-water | 0.30 | |
| Environmental · clean seawater | 0.25 | |
| Production · cooling depends on it | 0.20 | |
| Financial · $450k/day shutdown | 0.15 | |
| Reputational · client must be told | 0.10 |
Redundancy R · is there a backup?
3.50 × 0.6 = 2.10
Band C · Standard
Calendar maintenance is enough
Change the band and inspections, spares and jobs follow
LIVE- RBI inspection dates move to match the new risk
- How many spares you keep on the shelf changes
- Jobs move up or down the crew’s queue
- After time offline, the most critical records sync first
AI · You decide
AI where it helps. It acts only when you say so.
Ask in plain words and get answers from your own work orders, with the sources shown. The models learn from your fleet’s own results. Task by task, you decide if AI may suggest, prepare or act.
Copilot on your records
Ask in plain words. It answers from your own work orders, equipment, procedures and Experience Bank, with sources shown.
Failure prediction
Flags the machines across your fleet that are heading for failure, and learns from every job your crew closes.
AI maintenance planner
Drafts the schedule, then asks the crew for their view before anything is locked in.
Meeting intelligence
Catches the decisions and actions from each handover and files them on the record.
Gate 1
Suggest
The AI recommends and shows its evidence. Your people make every call.
Where every task starts
Gate 2
Prepare
The AI gets the job ready — work order, parts, technician — and waits for someone to approve it with one tap.
Earned once it has proved accurate
Gate 3
Act
The AI carries it out within rules you’ve written, and someone can undo it within a set time.
Safety-critical stays with people
Status · Where we are
Ten patent-pending mechanisms. One live, nine in testing.
We ship each one when it’s proven on a working asset, not when a press release is due. When one passes testing and reaches your fleet, its tag changes here — and you’ll see it change.
- 01A fault flags what’s connected to it – twin propagationLIVE
- 02Nothing lost offline; critical records sync first
- 03Change a live job; only the change is re-approved
- 04Two offline edits to one permit, merged safely
- 05No one approves their own work – segregation of duties
- 06The twin recalibrates from every closed job
- 07Every cost traced from the job to the payment
- 08Buying paced to revenue you can count on
- 09Try a what-if on the twin before you act
- 10One subsea picture – CML × RBI × annulus
Deployment
Connect, not replace.
Keep the systems your crew already knows and add NoteOpX on top — or, where nothing is in place yet, run everything on NoteOpX.
01
Keep your work-order system
If Maximo or SAP is where your work orders live, it stays. We connect to it and read from it.
02
Sit on your historian
PI and the DCS keep doing their jobs. We read the sensor data they already collect.
03
Add the intelligence layer
Criticality, RBI, failure prediction, the twin and one record you can audit — on top of what you own.
04
Or run the whole stack
If you have nothing in place, NoteOpX runs everything — from the work order to the books.
